A homeowner wanted to maximise the sale price on a dated 1970s semi in Sale. The interior had been updated a few years earlier but the exterior was holding back the asking price — tired pebble-dash, aging concrete roof tiles, cracked tarmac driveway.
Five weeks to completion with the estate agent already lining up viewings. Three separate trades (roofer, renderer, groundworker) all needing site access at different times, plus a party wall that required consent on the scaffolding.
One Sky PM coordinated all three trade packages in parallel. Scaffold went up on day 1, roof strip and re-tile in week 1–2, old pebble-dash knocked off and new silicone render in week 2–4, driveway excavation and new block paving in week 3–5. New porch added as a final lift to kerb appeal. Single fixed-price quote covering the whole exterior.
